Welcome to the Consultancy Services of the Institute of Management and Technology (IMT), Enugu, Nigeria. The IMT CS has a track record of exerting profound efforts in the way of supporting the Institution in advancing learning culture of the educational ecosystem through provision of trainings and consultancy services and acting as a facilitator of development management since its inception.
Our aim is to revolutionize the Institute to meet up with the contemporary educational practices prevalent in the global community by developing an environment of pragmatic erudition through efficient and innovative strategies and partnership. Our intention is to enable the Institution to optimize its capacity and meet the emerging financial challenges through effective collaboration and partnership with critical industry stakeholders.
We facilitate development in the Institution by translating the vision of the polytechnic into reality by providing consultancy services in a way to provide solutions and create “VALUE” in the educational system.
The consultancy team comprising highly experienced individuals, skilled in wide variety of areas are highly inspired to support success in the consultancy services.

About IMT Consultancy Services
The Federal Government of Nigeria, following the Abioye Panel Report of 1983, requested government parastatals, ministries, departments and institutions to set up and utilize consultancy units in their various areas to increase internally generated revenue (IGR). Consequently, IMT Consultancy Services and Production was established in 1992 as a single unit but was later demerged into two separate directorates namely:
- Industrial Centre
- IMT Consultancy Services
The IMT Governing Council and Management in 2021 further restructured the unit for enhanced capacity. The unit has been able to increase the financial profile of the Institute by handling the following projects:

Director, IMT Consultancy Services
Surv Oliver Odenigbo is a chief lecturer and a registered Estate Surveyor and Valuer, chartered arbitrator, Member Financial Reporting Council of Nigeria. Surv Odenigbo was a former Head of Department of Estate Management, former Director, School of Environmental Studies and presently the Director, IMT Consultancy Services Unit. He has attended several trainings in Leadership and Entrepreneurship in many institutions including the Lagos Business School and Administrative Staff College of Nigeria, (ASCON).

Bookshop Secretary IMT Consultancy
B.L. Igwe LL.B (Hons), is the Book shop Secretary IMT Consultancy. A graduate of English Language, Federal College of Education EHA-AMUFU and member Association of Professional Negotiators and Mediators. She was the Head of Department of Poly Work and Study Program, currently the Head of Department of Legal Studies and a post graduate student Maritime Law, University of Nigeria, Enugu Campus.
DR. ANASTASIA IFEOMA UDEH

Dr. Anastasia Ifeoma Udeh (B.Sc., MBA, PGDE, M.SC., FCA, Ph.D.) Anastasia Ifeoma Udeh is an accomplished professional with an impressive academic background and extensive experience in accounting. She holds a first degree in Accounting, an MBA in Business Management, a postgraduate diploma in Education, M.Sc. in Accounting and a Ph.D. in Accounting. She is also a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria. With over twenty-two years of experience including 10 years in the industry, she is currently a staff of the Institute of Management and Technology, Enugu, where she has held various office roles such as former Head of the Department of Accountancy and former Coordinator of Professional Programme for School of Financial studies. Currently, she serves as the SIWES Coordinator.

Dr Sylvester Chukwuma Onah is a Principal Lecturer and Director, Entrepreneurship Development Centre. Former Head of Business Administration and Management (2016- 2019). Asso. Member Nigeria Institute Management.

Engr Benjamin Abalu is a registered engineer with COREN. He was former Head of Department of Chemical Engineering and Former, Director, School of Engineering. Presently he occupies the post of Bookshop Manager in the IMT Bookshop.
Engr Dr Kevin Ugwu B.Sc, M.Sc, PhD.
System Engineer
Engr Dr Kevin Ugwu serves as a system engineer with the Consultancy Services. He is a registered engineer with COREN and his industry-based experience cut across design, maintenance, trouble shooting and production. Before joining the Institute, he worked in the defunct ANAMMCO Company as an assistant engineer. Currently, Engr Dr Ugwu is a lecturer with the Department of Electrical and Electronics Engineering of the Institute of Management and Technology, IMT Enugu.

Tony Ezebinagu is an entrepreneur, He has attended several business Seminars and Workshops.
DR ROSEMARY UGWUANYI
Dr. Rosemary Ugwuanyi is a seasoned microbiologist trained with a B.Sc. in Applied Microbiology and Brewing, and a Masters and Doctoral degree in Industrial Microbiology. Dr. Ugwuanyi is a researcher with 25 academic papers in various journals, her research interests are in the areas of industrial and food microbiology and public health.
She has intermediate computer skills and is proficient in the use of the Microsoft Office Package particularly MS Office Word, Excel and PowerPoint packages.
DR. KELECHI UGWU
Dr. Kelechi Ugwu is a Social Psychologist with research interest in behavioral science and entrepreneurial motivations. He is proficient in ICT ecology and has experience in partnering and business development.
OKOYE IFESINACHI VICTOR
Okoye Ifesinachi Victor is a lecturer in department of Business Administration and Management, IMT Enugu. He obtained his B.Sc and higher degree in business administration and management and currently in a Ph.D programme to be completed soon. He is a teacher of quantitative techniques /operations research in consultancy classes organized for post graduate students from different universities; 2002 till date. He has attended academic conference and participant in a summer school on advanced research methods and software operation for data analysis; African Higher Education and Research Observatory, U.K. He is currently and actively involved in statistical data analysis and structural equations modeling.
MR GABRIEL OKOYE UGWUANYI
Mr Gabriel Okoye Ugwuanyi is one of the resource persons working with the Research/Data Analysis Section of the Consultancy Unit. His academic qualifications include B.Sc. and M.Sc. in Industrial Mathematics and Operations Research respectively. He is currently a principal lecturer in the Department of Statistics and also a Director of the School of Technology. Mr Gabriel Ugwuanyi has both local and international journal publications to his credit.
AGBOEZE FLORENCE NGBOYIBO
Administrative Officer
Agboeze Florence Ngboyibo is a member of the Consultancy Services Unit. She holds WAEC, NECO and Computer Training Certificate and is a Senior Executive Officer (S.E.O). She serves in the Savings and Loans Investment Subscriptions.
