The School of Financial Studies is home to three key departments: Accountancy, Banking and Finance, and Insurance. Established in 1995 after being separated from the School of Business Studies, it has since grown into a reputable institution for financial education.

The school’s directorate manages both academic and administrative affairs across all three departments, ensuring the smooth coordination of lectures, student registrations, and various operational functions. This includes overseeing the activities of academic and non-academic staff, as well as addressing student needs. Additionally, the directorate handles any other responsibilities assigned by the management.

Each of these departments plays a vital role in graduating students annually with National Diploma (ND) and Higher National Diploma (HND) qualifications, preparing them for successful careers in the financial sector.
