The building sits on the gross floor space of approximately 2,975 sqm.

It is part of 2011-2012-2013 merged TETFUND normal intervention. The project consists of 80-120 capacity 4 nos. classrooms each, for school of Business Studies and Financial studies, arranged with a courtyard separating the two, it also has a one suspended floor block of 20 nos. staff offices with staff and students conveniences.
