IMT ENUGU ONLINE TRANSCRIPT APPLICATION

Read the instructions carefully before applying for your Transcript.

You have been provided an online platform for the application for transcript from the comfort of your home.

To begin, you will need to provide basic details like your academic, personal and contact information to obtain your permanent PORTAL Login details in other to have access to the platform features.

ONLINE TRANSCRIPT APPLICATION PROCESS FLOW

  1. Applicant visit https://portal.imt.edu.ng and click Online Transcript Management
  2. Applicants fill transcript application form.
  3. Applicant’s click on payment option, select interswitch, generate invoice to make payment.
  4. Applicant’s proceeds to any Bank to make payment through Enugu state IGR platform or Applicant can also pay through www.quickteller.com/IMT. Select students Transcript as the payment item.
  5. Applicants receive portal login detail which will be used to track transcript processing status.
  6. Applicants returns to the portal https://portal.imt.edu.ng and login with the portal login details to track transcript process status.

DELIVERY POLICY

  1. Provide valid phone number and Email address.
  2. You are expected to provide shipping details about the transcript you are requesting as follows: The name of the Institution or Organization that the transcript is to be sent as well as its full address including City, State, ZIP/Postcode (for foreign addresses), Country, and Continent. Please note that the address you enter is the address to which the courier will deliver your transcript. Please ensure that you are as detailed and accurate as possible.
  3. Delivered transcripts are NON-RETURNABLE.
  4. Successful transcript orders cannot be cancelled.
  5. Successful payments cannot be reversed.
  6. Successful orders would be packaged and delivered to the address specified by the applicant which must be official and not personal. The applicant is responsible and liable for any error in the specified delivery address and would have to pay any additional expense in getting the package re-delivered to an appropriate location.

International Transcript      =₦25, 000.00

Local Transcript                  =₦10, 000.00
